It was on the 13th December 2005 that we opened SushiCafé Amoreiras and we never imagined that 10 years later we would be operating 8 different established restaurants (SushiCafé Avenida, SushiCafé Amoreiras, SushiCafé Oeiras Parque, SushiCorner Colombo, SushiCorner Atrium Saldanha, SushiCorner Armazéns do Chiado, Asian Lab and Este Oeste). We are now a large family and all of this owed to you. Thank You!

Although we have grown, we never changed in what is really important, the quality of our fish and other ingredients.

We still serve the best Tuna in the world, the Bluefin. The bluefin is the largest and most tasteful tuna in the world, in which we can clearly identify the different type of meat such as the akame (less fat), the chu toro and the ho toro (more fat). Our tuna is captured according to the Japanese know-how, preserving all its quality and flavour.

Our salmon is also the best available in the market, 1st class of the three existing categories. We only buy large salmon from Norway (6 to 9 kg each) with the best flavour and consistency.

As you may have noticed by now, we are obsessed with quality and that is why we only use the best ingredients. It is like this since 2005 and it will continue for many long lasting years.
